MY PERSONAL RITUALS AND TIPS THAT I LOVE SHARING...

1.

Did you know that the emerald green, lightweight Qing Cleansing Oil can be your one step ritual? Quick absorbing with a synergistic composition of oils like hemp, apricot and seabuckthorn that benefit every skin type, I multitask with Qing as a face moisturizer, hair and body oil too.

3.

I like to mix a drop or two of our superstar, award winning Illumine Supercritical Face Oil into my foundation or sunscreen. It disappears without a trace, leaving skin velvety smooth and primed as a protective barrier under make up. It forms a shield over the skin, protecting it from high pH sunscreen, colour cosmetics and makeup.

5.

A single ingredient, multi-corrective oil, our Himalayan Wild Seaberry Supercritical Oil works remarkably well on compromised skin. My clients undergoing chemo and with burns report having found immense relief using this oil to calm and heal skin safely.

7.

Sitara! Multiple award winner. She is my sunshine in a bottle! Natural minerals suspended in cold pressed beautiful oils, she glides and melds into my skin effortlessly, blurring soft lines and that sun kissed radiance oh! Roll lightly on high points of your face, cheeks and even lips when you’re at your active best at yoga, out running or just feel like leaving skin naked and glowing. The vegan hypoallergenic Kunchi Face Brush is always in my handbag, it multitasks as my makeup brush too.

2.

I recommend once a week going to bed with naked skin. Just like fasting sometimes cleanses and rejuvenates the digestive system, going to bed without anything on allows skin to educate and discover itself, to breathe and rest in its natural state. Once a week, only follow the one step Qing Cleansing Oil ritual and leave skin naked for the night. Try it and tell me how it worked for you.

4.

Blend a tablespoon of Mitti Raw Honey Face Masque with a teaspoon of Turmeric Sand Exfoliant Face Masque and generoussss sprays of the Sambac Botanical Mist. I layer it thick over my face and neck with the Kunchi Face Brush letting it work its magic on my skin for 10 minutes and wash it away in the shower.

6.

Raw pure and potent, our Wild Seaberry Supercritical Oil and Wild Rosehip Supercritical Face Oil are a rich amber and ruby-hued colour respectively. Our oils are meant to be massaged well into skin for deeper absorption and penetration, and sink in without a trace. Use a smaller amount to work into your skin and build up with more depending on the needs of your skin.

8.

Kwansha Facial Beauty Coin. The energetic effects of this healing ancient metal alloy are yet to be understood by modern science but as a student, practitioner and proponent of Ayurveda, I adore using Kwansha in so many different ways. I massage my scalp with the Bitter Apricot Hair & Body Oil and the Kwansha. Often before a bath, I massage with the Kwansha along my neck, shoulders and upper chest with the flat side up in long slow strokes. We use our hands so much typing and on the phone, I massage along my forearms all the way to my palms and fingers to draw out stress, pain and to balance the electro-magnetic energy fields of my body. I feel a lightness and ease after every Kwansha massage that is hard to describe really!
